Incorporating various methods including breathing exercises, anxiety coping skills, Mindfulness, Compassion, Loving-Kindness (Metta), Self Love, Affirmations, Mantras, Chanting, Singing among others to cultivate peace and joy!
Classes are donation based (Suggested Donation of $10-$25, no one will be turned away for lack of funds)
