NeuroDynamic Breathwork

Tapping (EFT- emotional freedom technique) is the process of tapping on certain energy centers of the body (similar to acupressure or acupuncture) As you tap you repeat certain phrases of acknowledgement and acceptance of what you are experiencing in the moment. Group Mindfulness hikes offer a unique and special outdoor experience that combines nature exploration, movement, and mindfulness practices. Participants embark on a peaceful hike through scenic trails, engaging in mindfulness and loving-kindness techniques. Hikes will be silent with the exception of periodic stops with guided instruction. At the end participants are welcomed to open up and connect with the group with a Q&A/share session to close. These hikes aim to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and foster a deeper connection to both nature and oneself.
